Build a design identity and improve the site's usability
Our client Subra asked us to create a new website to increase their online presence, promote their products and services, and improve customer interaction. The pharmacy wanted a modern design that is easy and accessible to use.

Outdated design resulting in poor user experience.

Incompatibility with modern devices: the old site did not adapt well to smartphones and tablets, making access harder for customers.

We focused on several things: user journeys with clear entry points and logically separated sections — My Profile, Favorites, Compare list, Our Brands, Navigation, Health portal, News, Contacts and Careers.
Design
The website features a clean, modern design optimized for both desktop and mobile. The redesign includes adaptive layouts that adjust to screen size.
Subra's design focuses on providing a convenient and secure experience for customers.
The online store work focused on speed and intuitive use. This was achieved through a clean, modern design and improved navigation. Another challenge was providing appropriate medical information without overwhelming site visitors.
Navigation
The homepage includes a search bar and product categories to help customers find what they need. This provides a clear, organized layout for easy navigation.
Listing page
The listing page shows products from a selected category. We added a prominent card for new offers to highlight new products.
Product page
The product page provides detailed information about a product, stock status and sharing options, helping users make a purchase and find related products.
